We evaluate the quality as life. As you know, the ship launching airbags and pneumatic floating fenders are made with multi-layers of rubber-dipped Nylon fabric by sticking, and pressing. There are 3 key factors for the quality, 1. Material--the rubber that we are using contain 55% natural rubber. 2. Thickness----the thickness of airbag must be no less than 7 or 8 layers, Some airbags even require 10layers. The thickness of pneumatic fenders must be no less than 14 layers. 3. Process: Unlike the products made by some other manufacturers, our airbags and fenders are whole wrapped, high pressure, anti-explosion.

We have strict quality control system, each product was inflated to check potential air leakage before vulcanized, will be re-inflated after vulcanized to check again.
