RAYEE Tech. Ltd. (RTL) was founded in 1993. The company's headquarters is located at Taipao city, Chiayi County, Taiwan. There are five departments in the headquarters which are the R&D, Database Collection, SMT, DIP, Assembly Line and Administration. In Xiamen, China, there are Sales Department, Customer Service, Material Center and Repair Center.

RTL currently holds numerous patents on VCO and Gunn Varactor Diode Oscillator technologies and is a professional OEM and ODM developer and manufacturer of GPS, Radar Detector, GPS Radar Detector (all in one), Transmitter Receiver as well as Laser Jammer (Laser shield system).

RTL holds some well-known brands named "Conqueror", "Radareye", and "Blinder" in China and Taiwan and the products have a leading position in the markets. Moreover, RTL's products have been exported all over the world including China, Spain, Germany, Korea, Brazil, Norway, Poland, Chile etc. with a high reputation in excellent quality and service.
