HUaxin tech designs all the vehicles itself and sources most of the components outside. On the production line, only simple assembly work need to do, like riveting, screwing, bolt & nut connection, clapping, gluing, etc.. by this, the work efficiency is highly improved and labor cost is controlled. Moreover, the products quality consistency is highly improved.

Huaixn Tech understands good quality product is from well controlled manufacturing process. but final inspection is also very important. after assembly, the braking, noise, suspension, lighting, steering and so on will be carefully inspected and adjusted by our experienced QC to ensure all are in good function.

to avoid any damage to the finish of the vehicles, all the loose components will be packed by bubble film before laid on the vehicles. And all the packed components will be securely tied to the vehicles or packed separately by cartons. the packed vehicles will be laid on the steel crate and tied by metal wire before loading in the container.
