Founded in 2009, the company has two production bases in Shandong and Shanghai. among them, Shandong Plant covers an area of 177 mu, mainly focusing on front-end bars, and has high-end equipment such as aluminum alloy smelting furnace, tilting holding furnace, homogenizing furnace, and online degassing device. In 2017, it invested funds again to set up a renewable aluminum bar melting and casting workshop to produce renewable aluminum bars. at present, the daily output is 500 tons. The Shanghai factory covers an area of about 40000 square meters, mainly engaged in precision processing of high-grade aluminum profiles. It has 12 sets of 630T, 800T, 1350T, 2000T and 2500T aluminum profile extruders, which can produce various profiles and large section profiles; 50 sets of stamping hydraulic equipment and 210 sets of CNC machining centers. It has production lines for oxidation, powder spraying, electrophoresis, fluorocarbon painting, etc., and can carry out various surface treatments. In addition, we have independently developed 30 automatic polishing machines and CMMs for quality control testing. It is widely used in transportation, automobile, home appliance accessories, furniture decoration, photovoltaic, architecture and other fields.
