Ningbo Yinzhou Tongda Instrument Factory is located in the west skirt of Ningbo City, an economically developed city in east part of China, which is endowed with the picturesque scenery and outstanding persons. It neighbors the air harbor, railway station and Beilun Port. Here has the convenient traffic network radiating the whole country and even the whole world.

Tongda Factory is a professional manufacturer of various water meter and meter core, with more than ten years of production experience. Tongda Factory was founded in July of 1994, with factory area over 8000 square meters. It has 18 plastic injecting machines ranging from 45g to 250g, 20 water meter testing devices ranging from 15mm to 200mm, and more than 50 kinds of auxiliary equipments. The annual output of water meter reaches 1 million pieces, and of meter core 2 million sets. The productive capacity of meter core has been ranking top in this industry in China.

Technical indicators of water meter and meter core produced by Tongda Factory all reach the requirement of national standard GB/T778-1996 (equivalent to international standard ISO4064). In 2001, the factory passed quality system certification ISO9001: 2000, and it is the member of China Computation Association and the State Water Meter Committee. Now the factory has 102 members, including 13 technical experts and 11 metrological verification experts. It is dedicated to the research and development of water meter technique.
