Shaanxi Huangcheng Yuquan Machine Manufacturing (Group) Co., Ltd. was founded in 1980. It is a high tech enterprise integrating scientific research, manufacturing, sale and service. The headquarters of the group is located at Majia Township (entrance and exit of Baoji Expressway Meixian Section), Meixian County, Baoji City, where bronze wares were unearthed. It is derived from the reorganizing the former Shaanxi Huangcheng Building Material Machinery Group Co. It subordinates two centers and four subsidiaries: Shaanxi New Type Brick& Tile Equipment and Engineering Technology Research Center, Shaanxi Huangcheng Fine Breed Cow Breeding Center, Shaanxi Huangcheng Yuquan Machine Manufacturing (Group) Co., Ltd., Shaanxi Huangcheng Compressor Manufacturing Co., Ltd. The group covers a land of 166, 000 m2, has 45 staffs, a total assets value of 60 million Yuan, with an annual production value of 120 million Yuan, a sales income of 90 million Yuan and annual foreign exchange contribution of RMB 23 million Yuan. It has been awarded the titles of "amous Brand of Shaanxi", "Famous Brand and Best Selling in China" and "Famous Brand of China" for its "Huangcheng" "uquan" brick and tile machines and compressors. The group has been granted the title of "oreign Exchange Contributor Enterprise of PRC", "esignated Enterprise for Building Material Production", "Top 100 Private Enterprise of Shaanxi" and "dvanced Patents Owner Enterprise of Shaanxi" etc. The group attaches great importance to technological innovation and has made great efforts in developing "energy-saving, less-consuming and environment-friendly" new products. It owns 24 national patents. Its products include 35 series and 66 models, well sold not only to 27 domestic provinces, cities and autonomous regions, but also to over a dozen of foreign countries and regions such as Russia, Vietnam, Pakistan, Kyrgyzstan, South Africa, Iraq etc.

On Nov. 30, 2007, at the approval of Shaanxi Provincial People's Government, the group launched two projects: "Shaanxi 13115 Scientific Innovation Project"and "Shaanxi New Type Brick& Tile Equipment and Engineering Technology Research Center". That was the first time that a province level engineering research center had been built in a county level private enterprise. It establishes a foundation and platform for brick and tile equipment development and manufacturing for the province as well as for the whole country. It has laid a solid basis for improving the grade of brick and tile equipment manufacturing of the province and even of the country, for enhancing the ability of independent innovation and for improving competitiveness in the international market.

On April 22, 2008, Yuan Chunqing (provincial governor) and Yao Yinliang(vice provincial governor), when inspecting the construction of "Center" at our company, expressed their full approval of the work we had done and their earnest hopes in us. All the staff of the group are motivated by that and will live up to the entrustment and hope of the provincial government and respond to the general requirements of the State on reform of wall materials by developing more and better brick and tile equipments with a view to contributing to the construction of "Brick& Tile Machine Town of China" in Meixian County.
