1)Moulding plants. We have a hardware moulding plant for punching all kinds of hardware accessories, and have a plastic injection moulding plant for making moulds of plastic battery housings and accessories.

2)SMT workshop and plug-in workshop. SMT workshop is mainly for making PCBs of li-ion battery packs,while plug-in workshop is mainly for making the circuits of battery chargers.

3)Professional testing laboratory and facilities. We test all batteries which we used. Our battery grading&formation systems can sort out the battery cells with the nearest datas such as voltage,internal resistance,capacity etc..so that the battery pack assembled will with the highest performance. All cells are strictly selected out before assembled to be a pack.

4)Professional assembling product line. Our factory have 16 assembling production lines makes possibility for us to not only produce replacement battery packs for branded power tools but also can produce OEM battery packs for all other devices. Our skilled staffs make sure all the battery packs are all strictly made to be high quality. Besides, we have very strict QC systems to make sure all batteries for shipment are at good performance .

5)High quality packages.Not only we pursue the product's quality,but also the package's quality and appearance.We have our own designers can make OEM package designs as per customer's requirement ,or design the artworks for our customers as what they want. For the package materials,whatever on the cardboard's hardness, hand feeling or looking,they are all at high-class,it have the products undergood protection and meanwhile,make customer like it at the first glance.

6)After market service
Our company offer 12 month warrantee time for all our products,if there is any quality problem found during this period,customer can return all the product by freight collect,then we will replace a new one for free. Besides,our professional engineers are able to solve all problems or improve our products if found.
