We are a global agri-business focused on edible oils and fats with refineries and processing facilities in Malaysia and a worldwide marketing network.

We are one of the largest palm oil and vegetable cooking oil processor by capacity and produce a wide range of refined and fractionated vegetable oils and fats principally from palm and lauric oil, and from soft oils, such as soybean oil, canola oil, sunflower seed oil and corn oil. Our operations are integrated throughout the edible oils and fats value chain, from the sourcing and processing of raw materials, to the packing, merchandising, shipping and distribution of our products.

We started our operations in 1990s importing RBD palm oil and RBD palm olein from refineries in Sarawak, Malaysia, repacking them in our facilities there and distributing them locally. In 1993, we commenced refining crude palm oil in Malaysia with a production capacity of 100 MT a day or. Today, we have grown to be one of the largest edible oils and fats businesses with a current total refining capacity of 10,000 MT a month.

We just acquired rights to be selling Refined White Sugar which we imported in bulk from Brazil, about 500,000MT monthly.

Our business consists of:

(1) bulk segment, which sources, manufactures and sells edible oils and fats (including specialty fats) in bulk to wholesalers and processors for a variety of end uses including applications in the food, pharmaceutical and oleochemical industries; and
