Tekhol currently has 15 engineers with wide experience in LED research & development. Our engineers have dedicated to develop LED signage products for years and accumulated a lot of experience and knowledge, and successfully developed more than 60 kinds of standalone products which are compliant with LED electricity standard and satisfy the demand of LED signage product projects. Tekhol will continue to put great efforts to develop more and more high-tech and innovative products to meet the increasing market demands.
We use well-known-brand chipsets such as HP,CREE, OSRAM,Seoul Semiconductor,Epistar, HUGA, CHUMEI etc. to produce LED products. Half of our products are sold to all the countries and regions including Asia, Europe and America etc. Our clients include Asian games, Carrefour, SUNING, China Sinopec, China Petroleum, and China Everbright Bank etc and other international corporations.
Tekhol has around 150 employees and our factory covers 3000 square meters with 4 fully auto SMD production lines, 5 assembly production lines. The daily production capacity is up to 60,000pcs. We adopt advanced-imported wave-soldering, reflow soldering, SMD machine, lightness tester, modern production equipment and testing equipments etc., which enable our products to meet the high international technology in the LED industry. We also adopt full auto pure-glue workmanship and equipment to be sure the products meet waterproof (IP68) requirements. We are one of the manufacturers who produce LED lighting module and LED strips in China.
