2. Temper: T2(T52), T2.5(T55), T3(T57), T4(T61)
3. Coating: 2.8/2.8, 5.6/5.6, 2.8/5.6
4. Width available: 220mm to 980mm
5. Thickness available: 0.18mm to 0.50mm
6. Surface: Bright Finish(B), Stone Finish(R)
7. Coil diameter: ID420mm, ID508mm, OD from 1000 to 1250mm
8. Applications: paint, chemical and other usage can make battery, electric cable and other industries
9. Package: anti-rust paper, corner protected. Sheets or coils according customer's request.

We source hot rolled steel coil from Baosteel Company. In our own mill, we do acid wash, cold roll, degrease, anneal, trim and rectify, tinning, passivate, oil and packing.

Currently we have four tinning line, two narrow lines( for domestic market mainly) and two wide line( max width can reach 980mm).

Based on our current tinplate market, our overseas and domestic guests increase a lot and we decide to invest another tinning lines in future.

We calculate our tinplate output will be 250,000 tons.
