Guangzhou T. K Medical Instrument Co., Ltd. located in Guangzhou International Business Incubator, Science Park, Guangzhou, China, was founded in March 2004. The company is intended to develop, manufacture, and market interventional medical devices, including the expendable for minimal invasive surgery, embedded surgical devices and artificial tissues and organs. It is also the industrial pilot base of Guangzhou R&D Center of Tissue Engineering. There is twenty-four staff, including one PhD, two Masters and twelve Bachelors.

The main products include: Disposable laparoscopic instruments, specimen retrieval bag, Trocar, Veress Needel, Stone Extraction Basket.
