1968: Chung Rhy Special Paper MFG. Co., LTD.,specializing in the production of long-fiber specialty papers, established in a joint venture with Japan's Hirose Paper Mfg. Co., Ltd.

1990: Chang Chuen Cotton Paper Foundation established to express the company's thanks to the people of Taiwan by making a positive contribution to society.

1993: Shu Huo Memorial Paper Museum established ,to memorize our enterprise founder ,Mr. Shu-Huo.
