G & G Engineering was established in 1984 as a specialist manufacturer of all types of small precise metal pressed components and plastic injection moulds (including insert moulds and over moulds) as well as automated assemblies. We have the ability to manage intricate projects on behalf of their customers.

G & G has extensive in-house design capacity (component, process and tool) and an excellent prototyping facility to develop prototypes prior to large scale production. Except maintaining our own state-of-the-art tool making facility, we also have the use of contract design offices and contract tool makers all over the world.

The type of qualitative demanding press work that G & G does on a regularly base encompasses ferrous and non-ferrous progression pressings, compound stampings, small deep drawings, small fine blankings as well as all types of secondary operations.

Material thickness of press work ranges from 0, 12 mm to 8, 0 mm, and the width up to 400, 0 mm. Component are produced with all types of material finishes if required.

G & G produces qualitative demanding plastic injection moulding as well as insert and over moulding with materials like Polypropylene, Polyethylene, Polyamide, Acrylonitrile Butadine Styrene. The type of assemblies G & G produces are fully automated with integrated and 100% automated quality inspection.
