Yongji Xinshisu Electric Equipment Co., Ltd (Hereafter called "Yonge", his orginal name "Yongji Electric Machine Factory, CNR") is a specialized large enterprise engaged in developing and manufacturing various types of traction motors, electric control devices and electric/electronic elements used in the fields of diesel/electric locomotive, underground railway vehicle, urban rail vehicle, oil drilling machine and wind power generation etc. The company was awarded the honorable title of national level enterprise in good quality and benefit in succession and was also awarded a special prize.
The company was awarded prize TEAM WORK by Railway Division of GE(China)Transportation System in 2005. The Joint Ventures between Yonge and HITACHI, Yonge and ALSTOM (France) have been founded in Xi'an City, Shannxi Province, China.
Yonge has developed and produced the oil drilling motors with electric transmission since 1998 on the premise of introducing GE's technology on electric machine and electric control devices from USA. These motors can meet various installing requirements on oil drilling rig with electric transmission. The motors can be devided into two series. One is the YZ DCmotor with separate excitation and series excitation, the orther is the YJ asynchronous motor with frequency control of motor speed. Its rated power can be from 200kw to 1600kw(different grades of rated power can be supplied according to the needs of users). At present, these motors are installed on the drilling rigs with drilling depth from 1000m to 7000m.
ZQDR-310 Traction Motor we manufactured can be interchanged with GE761A19 and has been exported to America, Nigeria, Pakistan etc. Now, we can supply Traction Motors which can be interchanged with GE761A14, GE761A15, GE761A19, GE761A23 GE752AF8 and D29cct Traction Motor etc.
Yonge is indraughting technology from SIEMENS(Germany), EMD(U. S. A), ALSTOM(France), TOSHIBA(Japan) and HITACHI(Japan).
