We owned more than 600 employees, 30% of them are engineers and technicians. We have R&D Department, Engineering Department, Mold Division, Injection Department, Testing Center and reliability Research Lab to specialize in lithium battery R&D and reliable research. The Company has many advanced equipments such as testing equipment for battery safety including High-low temperature chamber, Impact and drop testing equipment, Press testing cabinet, Pierce testing cabinet etc. Testing instruments for the products reliability research, like Testing equipment for battery grading, PCBA/PCM experimental apparatus, PCBA/PCM testing instruments, ESD experimental apparatus etc.

Production Conditions and Productivity

The company is located in Longhua District, Shenzhen. The Workshop is surrounded with beautiful environments, and covers an area of more than 10,000 square meters with 12 modern assembly lines. The cleanly production workshop is fully comply with the national standard Electronic Industrial Clean Workshop Design Standard(GB 50472-2008). The company can produce more than 30,000 pieces of lithium battery pack, 6 million pieces lithium battery protection board, 50 sets molds, 10 million lithium plastic components. We keep improving our inner manage system to enhance productivity, which will greatly satisfy customers production demand.
