Shuoying Digital Science & Technology (China) Co., Ltd., established on March 2, 2004, is a Sino-Hong Kong joint venture enterprise, with registered capital of US$26 million dollars and business scope covering research, development and production of whole-set mobile phones, communication products, electronic products, digital cameras, digital television sets and GPS, as well as sales of electronic products (excluding electronic publications) and primary devices.
Shuoying has solid technical strength and long-term plans. It separately has 3 production and test lines of mobile phones in Wenzhou and Shenzhen. In March 2007, it established 3 production and test lines and 2 SMT lines, and it reached an annual productivity of 1.1 million sets of GSM mobile phones. Through further improving its research, development, sales and after-sales service system, Shuoying has finally formed a complete industrial chain integrating research, development, large-scale production, sales and aftersales service of mobile communication terminals.

Under its service concept of quality first and customer foremost, and relying upon its existing service sites, Shuoying takes the service center of its head office as a foundation to establish a nationwide aftersales service network with high coverage, consisting of provincial customer service centers, as well as those service sites at municipal and county levels.
