We, XCELL Electronics Limited were established in 2008. We are specialized in manufacturing and exporting electronics and digital products, such as Mobile Phones, Tablet PC, data cards and other relative electronics products.

We currently have one R&D team of 50 staff and 80% of them have plenty experience in telecom field, professional background of years and profound technical experience.

With the rapid development over the past years, our products have been exported to many countries and regions covering Africa, East Europe, Middle East, South Asia, Southeast Asia and Latin America.

We are mainly working with overseas local brands on the basis of OEM/ODM. We are working with telecom operators such as PLDT, UCOM as well.
