Utigo Flex Ducting Co., Ltd. was established in 2000, since its establishment we have been specialized in manufacturing and designing various types of flexible hoses or tubings systems. Our quality hoses and tubings are using our own developed and top quality plastic materials. According to different demand on property of hose from different customer, our R&D department would develop a satisfied hose material for our customer; Our common hose materials almost cover all of those types: Polyvinyl chloride (PVC), Polyurethane (PU), Polypropylene (PP), Polyethylene (PE), Polyamide (PA).

Our hoses are for variety of applications, could be sorted roughly into below different series based on the medium to convey- those hoses that are used as ventilation and transportation hose of various gases, such as the PE spring dryer hose use for dryer machine, and polyester fabric ventilation duct used for basement's ventilation, as well as the silicone ventilation duct applicated for heat resistance.

Those are applied for liquid's media, one of the normal hoses are the reinforced PVC gasoline transmission hose used in gasoline station, and the nylon convoluted tubing used for gasoline transmission which is connecting the fuel pump to the tank on an automobile, and any other special hoses which are extremely serious demanded on a good performance on the resistance to oil, acid-alkali or ultraviolet ect.

And those that are applied for transport of material in granulate or powder shape in production lines, for example, the abrasion resistant PU hose which are perfectly ideal for shavings suction use for timber cutting machines, and the NBR & PVC blend suction hose with PVC spiral reinforcement which are particularly developed for mineral sands transmission for mining industry, and explosion resistant and anti static hose for powder or dust suction; We also are professional at manufacturing electrical conduit tubing for the protection of eclectric cable and wire, which are characteristic of ultraviolet resistant and anti shocking.
