Zibo Aoqi CPE Additive co. Ltd was established in 2002,located in Linzi-the ancient capital of Qi State (2000 years ago),and neighour on Qilu Petrochemical Corp.,shengli Qil Refining Factory,one of the supper naional-owned interprises,is specialized in manufacturing and researching the new polymer material-chlorinated polyethylene(CPE)series product.Aoqi insist on developing rapidly by innovation,and emphasize on the quality of product.At the end of 2004,Aoqi as the largest shareholder,set up a new company with modern management system-Zibo Aosida Chemical Co.,Ltd..With the investment more than 30 million yuan(RMB),Aosida built a new CPE production line,of 15000 tons/a.Now the total production capacity is more than 25000 tons.Aosida also invest 3 million yuan(RMB)to build 3000 tons/a CPE compound producing line.The product is applicable to make insulated layer of wire&cable.We have 308 employees,including 45 engineer and technician.The annual sales has been reached to 300 million yuan(RMB).
The trial operation of the new equipment is very successfully in April 2005.This producing line is adopted the advance succession drying-bed,the main parameters is controlled automatically.So the quality of the product can be assured.
Our main product models:135A/MC-100 of PVC modifying agent and 130A/135B/140B/CM series high quality rubber material,it has the characteristics of flame resistance,flexibility,hot-resistance,cold-resistance,they are used by many domestic and abroad customers,to make PVC profiles,cable&wire,conveyer belt etc.
We cooperate with Sichuan University and Qilu Petrochemical Corp.and employ the noted-expert in the field of CPE as our technology consultant,Our lab and analyzing center equipped with all sorts of instruments to check the quality of the product.At 2004,Aoqi develop a new product-CPVC,which performance can match the same product of B.F.Goodrich on functions.It is better than PVC on hot-resistance,clod-resistance,aging-resistance,anti-resistance,anti-cauterization,the pipe made by CPVE,is wide used in the fiele of chemical,haarmaceutics industry,heat-supply,sewerage drainage,etc.
We plan invest 40 million Yuan(RMB)to found a new automatic produce line in the first half of 2006.the annual produce capacity is 20000 tons,at that time our output will reach 45000 tons,Sales value reach 500 million Yuan(RMB).We are developing more and more rapidly.
